As a freediving athlete and underwater photographer, I’ve learned that the secret to this sport is complete relaxation.
I created this 15-minute guided meditation to share those relaxation techniques with you.
You don't need any freediving experience or aspiration to enjoy this practice.
It is simply a dedicated space for you to slow down, calm the nervous system, and relax deeply.
So find a place where you feel safe and undisturbed. Close your eyes, and let yourself be guided into a deep rest.
